# Emails and notifications

## Weekly visibility digest

Every Monday at 9am in your account's timezone, GetIntel emails a summary of your week in AI search:

- how your visibility, share of voice and position moved,
- which competitors are ahead,
- what AI is citing in your category.

If nothing meaningful changed, the digest is skipped that week rather than sending an empty email.

**Set your timezone** in **Settings → Account**, so the digest arrives at 9am local time.

**Stop the digest** with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any digest email.

## Trial and billing emails

- **Before your first charge:** a reminder 1 to 2 days before the free trial ends and your card is charged.
- **Payment problems:** an email if a payment fails, so you can update your card.

These are account emails and are sent even if you unsubscribe from the digest.
