Claude Visibility Tracker

See if Claude recommends your brand.

Claude answers buyer questions mostly from what it learned in training, with an occasional live web-search pass. GetIntel probes both every day and shows you exactly which one is working against you.

01

GetIntel maps your category and the buyer-intent prompts a real Claude user would ask about it.

02

Daily Claude probes

Cold prompts run every day, and each result is tagged training-time recall or live-search so you know why you were named, or weren’t.

03

Score + drafted fixes

Results roll into your Findability Score against competitors, and each gap arrives drafted as a fix your coding agent can ship. You approve every move.

How Claude decides

Claude answers from memory, not live search.

Ask Claude “best [category] tool” and most of the time it isn’t searching: it’s recalling. Claude leans on what it learned in training far more than it reaches for its web-search tool, especially on category questions with an obvious, well-established answer. That means brand associations baked in before the cutoff do most of the work.

  • Training-time association drives most buyer-intent answers: a brand-authority problem, not a fresh-content one
  • Brands widely covered before the cutoff get recalled by default
  • Every probe is tagged training-time vs. live-search so you know which lever to pull

What GetIntel tracks

Named, ranked, or skipped: on every buyer prompt.

For each buyer-intent prompt in your category, GetIntel records whether Claude named you at all, where you ranked among the names it gave, and exactly who it recommended instead, cold, with no memory or leading language.

  • Whether your brand is named, and its rank among the names given
  • Which competitors Claude recommends in your place

The baseline is brutal

Claude skips the right company more often than it names one.

In GetIntel’s study of 98 funded B2B SaaS companies, Claude failed to name the right company for its own category 64% of the time on an unbiased prompt. Pre-cutoff coverage mattered more than product quality, which is exactly what the drafted fixes target.

Closing the gap

Build the brand coverage Claude already learned from.

Claude's training-time associations aren't fixed forever: they're built from the same G2 reviews, Wikipedia entries, Reddit threads, and press coverage the next training run will see. GetIntel drafts the specific mentions and pages that build that coverage, and ships them through the coding agent you already use.

We had no idea ChatGPT was recommending three competitors on our exact buyer question. GetIntel showed us the gap, and drafted the article that flipped it in nine days.

Maya Chen

Head of Growth, Flowbase

The fix doesn't sit in a dashboard. It lands as a real PR in our own repo through Claude Code; that's the only reason this actually shipped instead of rotting in a backlog.

Sarah Whitfield

VP Marketing, Corelane

Our Findability Score became the one number the whole team actually checks every Monday. First tool that made "AI visibility" feel measurable instead of vibes.
