Generate a key in GetIntel
In GetIntel, open Integrations, find Looker Studio under Reporting, and click Generate Looker Studio API key. Copy it: it is shown once. One key covers every brand on your account, so an agency generates this a single time, not per client.

Open the GetIntel connector
Open the connector in Looker Studio, click Authorize, and paste your key. Looker Studio checks it against GetIntel straight away.

Pick the brand and build
Choose which brand this report covers, then Add to report. Every field below is now available as a native Looker Studio dimension or metric. Chart them, filter them, and drop them into the client template you already use.
Start from our template
If you would rather not build the report yourself, take a copy of ours. It comes with three pages: an overview a client can read on its own, a prompt table sorted worst-first so you can see what to fix, and a page for cited sources and the competitors being named instead of you.
The copy is yours. It authorises with your own key, you pick the brand it covers on first open, and you can rebrand and rearrange it however you like. Nothing about your data or your key passes through the template.

One row per day, per tracked prompt, per engine, so you can roll up to a single headline number or drill into one question on one engine without a second data source.

Reading the numbers
Three things worth knowing before you put these in front of a client.
Blank is not zero
A blank Findability Score means nothing was measured that day. A zero means AI answered and named you nowhere. They are very different claims, so we never round the first into the second.
Failed runs are excluded
When an engine errors or renders no answer at all, that run is dropped rather than counted as an absence. AI Responses Analyzed is the count of answers we actually got.
Breaking out by Source Domain counts per domain
Add Source Domain or Competitor Named to a chart and one answer citing five domains contributes to five rows, because the useful number there is “answers that cited this domain”. Keep those dimensions off your headline totals.
If something looks wrong
The brand dropdown is empty
The key was rejected. Generate a fresh one in Integrations and paste it again. Most often the key was truncated on copy, or it has since been revoked.
A long date range returns nothing
Reports are capped at 180 days per request. Narrow the range on the report’s date control.
A chart is empty for a recent day
Data appears once that day’s scan has run. A brand added today will have no history behind it yet.
Turning off access
Revoke the key in Integrations and every report built on it stops fetching immediately. Keys are read-only: a connector can never change anything in your GetIntel account.
