Dageno publishes three self-serve tiers and an Enterprise plan: Starter at $79 a month, Growth at $199, Scale at $499, and Enterprise on request. Read from dageno.ai/pricing on 22 August 2026. What makes it hard to compare is that it meters three things at once, where most rivals meter one.
Disclosure: GetIntel is an AI visibility tool and competes with Dageno, so weigh the comparison accordingly. Every Dageno figure below was read from their own pricing page on 22 August 2026. The comparison figures for Otterly and Profound were read from their pages on 22 and 18 August 2026 respectively.
Every vendor in this category sells the same underlying thing: prompts run against AI engines on a schedule. Almost none of them price it the same way, and Dageno is the clearest illustration of why a headline price tells you very little.
What does each Dageno tier include?
Three self-serve tiers, read from dageno.ai/pricing on 22 August 2026.
| Plan detail | Starter | Growth | Scale | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price per month | $79 | $199 | $499 | Custom |
| Prompts tracked | 50 | 150 | 500 | Custom |
| Agent credits | 24,000 | 60,000 | 150,000 | Custom |
| Platforms | Any 3 | Any 3 | Any 3 | Custom, full coverage |
| Competitor monitoring | Up to 10 | Up to 10 | Up to 10 | Custom |
| Tracking frequency | Daily | Daily | Daily | Daily |
| Countries and languages | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Dageno tier structure, read from dageno.ai/pricing on 22 August 2026. All plans include a 7-day free trial, and annual billing is 15 percent cheaper.
The seven platforms you pick three from are ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overview and Copilot. The three-platform cap applies to every non-Enterprise tier, so paying $499 instead of $79 buys prompts and credits but not broader engine coverage.
Integrations listed include Cloudflare, Google Analytics 4, Google Cloud Platform, Akamai, AWS and Fastly, which is a CDN-and-analytics list rather than a CMS one.
What is an agent credit and why does it matter?
It is Dageno's second meter, read on 22 August 2026, and it is the one with no equivalent at most rivals.
Dageno is built around agents that do work rather than dashboards that report: an opportunity analyst, a content writer, a pitch builder, an auditor. Running them consumes credits, and the tiers allocate 24,000, 60,000 and 150,000 a month.
The pricing page does not define what one credit buys. That is the single most important unknown on the page, because it determines whether 24,000 is generous or nominal, and there is no way to model it from the outside. A team evaluating Dageno should ask for a worked example of credits consumed by one typical piece of work before comparing the tiers on price.
Credits also mean the tiers are not a simple volume ladder. Scale gives 10 times Starter's prompts but only 6.25 times its credits, so the two meters scale at different rates and the one that binds you first depends entirely on how much agent work you do.
What does it cost per prompt?
Scale is the value tier, and Dageno is the cheapest per prompt of the three vendors we have priced so far.
- Starter: $79 for 50 prompts, $1.58 per prompt per month.
- Growth: $199 for 150 prompts, $1.33 per prompt.
- Scale: $499 for 500 prompts, $1.00 per prompt, which is $0.998 rounded up.
For comparison, Otterly runs $1.93, $1.89 and $1.22 per prompt across its three self-serve tiers, read on 22 August 2026.
That looks like a clear Dageno win, and it is the wrong conclusion, because a Dageno prompt is checked against three platforms and an Otterly prompt against four.
Does the category have a common pricing unit?
No, and that is the finding worth taking away from all three of these pricing pages.
Normalise everything to one engine-and-prompt combination per month and the ordering changes:
| Tier | Price | Prompts | Engines | Per engine-prompt |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Otterly Premium | $489 | 400 | 4 | $0.31 |
| Dageno Scale | $499 | 500 | 3 | $0.33 |
| Dageno Growth | $199 | 150 | 3 | $0.44 |
| Otterly Standard | $189 | 100 | 4 | $0.47 |
| Otterly Lite | $29 | 15 | 4 | $0.48 |
| Dageno Starter | $79 | 50 | 3 | $0.53 |
| Profound Growth | $399 | 100 | 3 | $1.33 |
| Profound Starter | $99 | 50 | 1 | $1.98 |
Computed from each vendor's own published prices, Otterly and Dageno read 22 August 2026, Profound read 18 August 2026. This is not a ranking. It prices coverage only, so it credits no vendor for what happens after a gap is found, and it assumes an engine-prompt is comparable across vendors, which none of them publish enough to verify.

The caption above states what the table does not measure. Worth naming concretely: what happens after a gap is found is where Profound's agents layer, Dageno's credits and GetIntel's own fix pipeline all live, and none of it appears in a cost-per-unit figure.
What the table does show is that a headline price is close to meaningless here. Otterly's cheapest plan and its most expensive differ by 17 times in price and by 55 percent in cost per unit of coverage.
Who is each tier for?
Dageno's own tier descriptions, quoted from the 22 August 2026 page, are unusually explicit about the intended buyer.
Starter is "for small teams tracking AI visibility and discovering brand opportunities". Growth is "for growing brands scaling AEO content and optimizing AI presence". Scale is "for large teams and agencies orchestrating comprehensive AEO campaigns". Enterprise is "for global enterprises requiring custom models, API access, and dedicated support".
Two things follow. API access is named only at Enterprise, so a team wanting programmatic access has no self-serve route to it, unlike Otterly, whose pricing page read on 22 August 2026 lists API and MCP access from its $189 Standard tier. And Scale is the tier that names agencies, at $499 for 500 prompts to divide across however many clients an agency runs, on three platforms.
The wording also tells you where the credits are meant to be spent. Growth and Scale describe content creation and campaign work rather than monitoring, which is consistent with a product whose second meter is agent output rather than checks run.
Where does Dageno sit against the rest?
In the middle on price and at the narrow end on engines.
Its $79 entry sits above Otterly's $29 Lite and below Profound's $99 Starter, read on their own pages on 22 August and 18 August 2026 respectively. Other entry prices in the category were captured on 2 August 2026 and have not been re-verified, so they are deliberately left out of this comparison rather than mixed in with same-week figures.
The three-platform cap is the structural constraint. Seven platforms are offered and no self-serve tier lets you watch more than three of them, so a brand whose buyers are split across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews has used its whole allowance before Grok, Copilot or AI Mode are considered.
Whether that matters is answerable before you pay. If your citations concentrate on two or three engines, the cap costs you nothing and the per-prompt rate is competitive. If they are spread, the cap is the thing that will push you to Enterprise rather than the prompt count.
What does the pricing page not settle?
Three things the 22 August 2026 page leaves open, and the first decides the purchase.
- What a credit buys. 24,000, 60,000 and 150,000 are stated with no unit of work attached, so the second meter cannot be modelled.
- Whether the platform choice is locked. The page says choose any three, not how often you may change them. A brand testing which engines matter would want to rotate.
- What Enterprise costs. Listed as custom with no floor published, unlike some rivals who name a starting figure, so the jump from $499 is unquantified.
All three are answerable on the 7-day trial, which is the reason to take it before comparing spreadsheets.
Where did these figures come from?
Dageno's numbers were read from dageno.ai/pricing on 22 August 2026 on the monthly billing view. Otterly's were read from otterly.ai/pricing the same day, and Profound's from tryprofound.com/pricing on 18 August 2026. Prices in this category change, which is why each figure carries the date it was read rather than the date this was published.
The per-engine-prompt table is arithmetic on those published numbers and nothing else. It involves no measurement of ours and no judgement about product quality, and it should not be read as a ranking. If you want the fuller picture on the two vendors we have covered in depth, those are Otterly.AI pricing 2026 and Profound pricing 2026, and the wider roundup that first covered Dageno is the best AI visibility tools in 2026.
