Reports

The document you actually send the client.

One build produces a branded PDF and a link that opens without a login. Both carry your client's logo, not ours. The numbers are frozen the moment it is built, and you can see whether anyone opened it.

We run 60 AI checks (20 buyer questions × 3 engines) to see if you get named.

Two formats, one build

A PDF to attach and a link to send.

Reports are built from answers already collected, so nothing is scanned to produce one. The same build gives you both formats.

The PDF

Attaches to an email or drops into a QBR deck, carrying the brand’s own logo and accent colour with the agency named as “Prepared by” in the footer.

The link

A private URL that opens the full report in a browser with no account. Interactive rather than flat: a section menu, filters and search across the question set, sortable tables, and every AI answer readable in full with its sources.

Frozen when built

A link sent in July still shows July’s numbers however long it sits in an inbox, so a report never quietly rewrites itself after you have talked the client through it.

Control

You can revoke it, and you can see if it was read.

A link you cannot withdraw and cannot measure is a liability. Reports handle both.

ControlWhat it does
Open trackingthe report row shows the open count and when it was last opened, or "Link not opened yet"
Unsharerevokes the link, and every copy of it stops working at once
Noindexshared reports never appear in search results
No account neededthe client opens the link without signing up, and the PDF downloads from the same page
Scheduling

Built and emailed without anyone opening the app.

01

Pick the cadence

Monthly on the 1st, or weekly on Monday, at 9am in your account’s timezone.

02

It covers the period that just finished

A report run on 1 October reports September, and is labelled September.

03

Choose where it goes

Send it to the client directly, or to yourself so you can forward it from your own address.

04

It arrives ready to forward

The email leads with the numbers in plain language and attaches the PDF, carrying the client’s branding and nothing of ours.

White label

The client never sees us.

Reports use each brand's own logo and accent colour, and name the agency as the preparer. For agencies the send-to address is the switch that matters.

  • Each brand carries its own logo and accent colour, set once in Settings.
  • The agency is named as "Prepared by" in the report footer.
  • Send a scheduled report to your own inbox and forward it from your address, and nothing of GetIntel’s reaches the client.
  • Send it to the client’s address instead if you would rather it went direct.

Reports are on Pro and above. Scanning a company that is not a client yet is a separate thing: pitch reports have their own monthly allowance on every plan. If you would rather pipe the same numbers into a dashboard you already build, the Looker Studio connector covers the whole roster with one key.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A GetIntel report is a client-ready document built from answers already collected, so nothing is scanned to produce it. Each build produces two things at once: a PDF you can attach, and a link anyone can open without an account. Both carry the brand's own logo and accent colour rather than GetIntel's.

Yes. Choosing Share link mints a private URL that opens the full report in a browser with no login, and the PDF downloads from the same link. The shared page is interactive rather than a flat export: it carries a section menu, filters and search across the question set, sortable tables, and every AI answer readable in full with its sources.

No. A shared report is frozen when it is built, so a link sent in July still shows July's numbers however long it sits in an inbox. That is what makes it safe to attach to a QBR deck or forward to a client's wider team weeks later.

Yes. Each report row shows the open count and when it was last opened, or "Link not opened yet" if nobody has. Unshare revokes the link and every copy of it stops working at once, and shared reports carry noindex so they never appear in search results.

Yes. A scheduled report is built and emailed without anyone opening the app, monthly on the 1st or weekly on Monday at 9am in the account's timezone. It covers the period that just finished, so a report run on 1 October reports September and is labelled September.

Reports use each brand's own logo and accent colour, set in Settings, and name the agency as "Prepared by" in the footer. For scheduled reports, setting the send-to address to your own inbox keeps it white label: the email leads with the numbers in plain language, attaches the PDF, carries the client's branding and nothing of GetIntel's, and you forward it from your own address. Put the client's address there instead if you would rather it went direct.
