Your first 90 days

AI visibility builds over weeks, not days. This plan gives the first three months a clear shape.

Month 1: baseline and foundations

Goal: a trustworthy baseline, and nothing technical holding you back.

• Week 1: follow Your first week. Fix setup issues, clean up competitors and note your day-7 baseline for every topic.
• Week 2: fix everything in Technical that blocks engines from reaching or reading your key pages. See AI readiness score.
• Weeks 3 to 4: choose 2 or 3 priority topics (revenue-relevant, winnable) and start the weekly routine.

Month 2: your own pages

Goal: a clear, citable page for every priority topic.

• Work the On-Page tasks for your priority topics: refresh pages that exist, write the ones that don’t.
• Use each topic’s Content tab so every page covers the facts AI compares.
• Build comparison pages against the rival that leads each topic.

Month 3: other people’s pages

Goal: show up on the sources AI already trusts.

• Work Off-Page tasks: get onto the lists, reviews and marketplaces that cite rivals. See Get listed where AI looks.
• Work UGC tasks: join the Reddit threads AI cites. See Get cited through Reddit.
• Revisit topics where you are Found, but losing to rivals with sharper comparisons.

Day 90: review

Compare every priority topic’s Found and win rate against your month-1 baseline, and check Brand perception and AI crawlers trends. Keep what moved the numbers, pick the next topics, and repeat.
