Per-client billing

Agency pricing is per client brand: $79 each for 3-9 clients, $59 each for 10-24. How the bill changes when you add or archive a client, what the minimum is, and what happens above 24.

Agency pricing is per client brand, and the rate falls as your roster grows. Every client gets the full Pro feature set.

The rate applies to every client, not just the ones above the threshold. At 10 clients you pay 10 × $59, not 9 × $79 plus one at $59.

Agency pricing starts at three clients. With one or two you’re still billed for three — so if you’re running a single brand, Pro is the cheaper plan.

  • Add a client and it’s billed immediately, prorated for the rest of the month. The client starts being scanned at once, so it starts being paid for at once.
  • Archive a client and it stops being billed at your next invoice. Its history stays readable; it just stops being scanned and stops counting.
  • Cross a tier and every client moves to the new rate from that moment.

You can see all of this before it happens in Settings → Clients: your current count, the rate it earns, the monthly total, and what one more client would cost.

In Settings → Clients, choose Archive on that client and confirm.

  • It stops being scanned and stops being billed.
  • It disappears from the client switcher and from every page.
  • Its data is kept, not deleted.
  • You can’t archive your last remaining client.

The app stops quoting above 24 and points you at a call instead. At that size the pricing is worth setting up with us directly rather than off a table.

Every client on agency pricing gets everything in Pro — 60 buyer questions, four engines daily, topics, competitors, sources, tasks — plus:

  • White label: your agency’s branding on the dashboard, and each client’s own branding on their reports
  • Priority support
  • Unlimited team seats

Pro already includes client reports in your branding, scheduled and shareable, for the single brand it covers. What agency pricing adds is the roster: white label on the dashboard itself, and per-client branding across every client you run.

Moving from agency pricing back to Pro or Monitor is blocked while you have more clients than that plan allows: the self-serve plans hold one brand each. Archive down to the limit first; nothing is deleted.
