Emails and notifications
The emails GetIntel sends, including the weekly visibility digest and trial and billing emails, when they arrive, and how to stop the digest.
Weekly visibility digest
Section titled “Weekly visibility digest”Every Monday at 9am in your account’s timezone, GetIntel emails a summary of your week in AI search:
- how your visibility, share of voice and position moved,
- which competitors are ahead,
- what AI is citing in your category.
If nothing meaningful changed, the digest is skipped that week rather than sending an empty email.
Set your timezone in Settings → Account, so the digest arrives at 9am local time.
Stop the digest with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any digest email.
Trial and billing emails
Section titled “Trial and billing emails”- Before your first charge: a reminder 1 to 2 days before the free trial ends and your card is charged.
- Payment problems: an email if a payment fails, so you can update your card.
These are account emails and are sent even if you unsubscribe from the digest.
